Cancellation Policy
Here at Le Petit Spa, we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Le Petit's clients are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
Any additional appointments after the 1 grace appointment per year, will be subject to 50% cancelation/no show penalty.
